What we'll be exploring at this amazing all day workshop - How medicinal mushrooms work, looking at the science behind using medical mushrooms. -The benefits and limitations of medicinal mushrooms. The truth behind mushroom supplement marketing. - In depth exploration of using 5 types of medicinal mushrooms with samples to look at (includes bought and foraged mushrooms). - Creating a mushroom decoction (practical) with sample to take home. - Creating a medicinal mushroom dual extraction with instructions (theory only as this is process is too long to cover in 5 hours). - Information on shop bought mushroom supplements. -Dosage and safety information. - A local walk to look at mushrooms growing nearby (weather permitting) We can't wait for this one, so if you're mad about mushrooms this is a workshop for you!
